Healthy Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:

For Nutty Coconut Crust:
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup pecan halves
1/3 cup blanched slivered almonds
1/4 cup gluten-free oat flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, preferably organic
2 Tablespoons erythritol
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
