Stoltenberg promises "practical support" to Ukraine

KYIV, February 7 /Ukrinform/. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has promised that Ukraine will receive not only political but also practical support from the Alliance.
He has said this during a meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the Munich Security Conference, the press office of the Head of State reports.

"The Secretary-General Stoltenberg said that the NATO would strengthen the collective security system and provide political and practical support to Ukraine," reads the statement.
Poroshenko thanked Stoltenberg for the support of NATO in the current situation.
"We count on unity and solidarity of NATO countries," he said.
